Mr. C. Swan,

Mr Swan graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Swan has over 50 years of experience in all fields of the oil and gas industry and is a renowned expert. Mr. Swan has built and developed various successful public and private oil and gas companies. Mr. Swan has owned wholly or partially more than twenty different industry companies and served on the Board of Directors of many additional companies and organizations.  Recognized as a living legend of the U.S. Domestic Oil and Gas Industry

 

Mr. L. Keeler

Well Drilling is the engineering firm who oversees the vital aspects of projects from geology to well completion.  Mr Keeler himself has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. With his staff and associates, they have over 100 years of combined experience in the industry. Having worked with Major oil companies such as Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Texaco, Standard Oil and more they bring experience to projects that promotes success invaluable to the oil and gas industry. The firm’s integrated expertise's consists of geology, geophysics, petroleum engineering, and all aspects of well drilling operations. Collectively they have overseen more than two thousand domestic and foreign drilling projects.

Mr. J. Chad, P. Eng.,

From early 1983 to 1989, Mr. Chad was Vice President of Signalta Resources Limited, engineer and manager of an oil and gas corporation with annual cash flow in excess of $20 million and a capital budget of $15 million.  Mr. Chad received his LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School, Halifax, Nova Scotia and his B.Sc. Engineering Physics (Honors) in 1980 from Queen's University, Kingston, OntaXtreme.

 

Mr. Joseph D. Kersey  Petroleum Geologist

Joe is a very successful geologist with over 24 years in the business from 1983. Joe has specialized in the Arkoma and Ft-Worth Basin areas, with previous clients including Jerry Scott Drilling Seminole, Oklahoma, Bedford Energy Inc. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Avatar Energy LLC Dallas, Texas, Larron Energy Corp. Chicago Illinois.  Currently Joe is splitting his services between Petroquest Oil & Gas LLC Wewoka, Oklahoma and Xtreme Operating LLC Company.  Joe in addition to reviewing the prospect Geology also provides us well site supervision, Open Hole Logging, Running and Cementing Surface and Production Casing, Developmental Geology, Reserve Studies, Property Evaluation, Log Evaluation, Behind Pipe Pay Evaluation, Geo-Steering of Horizontal Hartshorne Coal wells in Hughes County Oklahoma and Barnett Shale in Ft. Worth Basin.  Previously Joe has managed operations as the Geologist for Latigo Petroleum Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he also was choreographing Mud Logging, Well Logging, Log Evaluation, Well Report Writing, Property Evaluation, Prospect Generation and Developmental Geology.  From 1983-2004 Joe was an independent Petroleum Geologist, Well Site Supervision, Prospect Generation, Developmental Geology, Testifying at Oklahoma Corporation Commission and Mud-logging. Mr. G. Wilson  Petroleum Engineer

Experience includes working as Manager Petroleum Engineering for Warren Petroleum in Oklahoma, New Mexico, and West Texas. also worked at Gulf Oil Corp in Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota and Western Oklahoma.  B. S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering, University of Tulsa with graduate studies in Reservoir Engineering and Management.

Installation of 35 waterflood projects in Oklahoma and North Texas.  As Petroleum Engineer - MaXtremen Corp Mr. Wilson Supervised Drilling Operations, for 5 years handling Completions, Well Workovers, Production installations and had responsibility for all Reservoir Engineering and Reserves Operator. (Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Statewide Including The Gulf Coast for both Louisiana and Texas).  As Vice President of Production and Engineering with Matrix Corp Mr. Wilson directed Exploration and Development for 3 1/2 years.   As a consultant Mr. Wilson has used his wide experience to complete Drilling and well completions, Blowout Control, Pipeline Construction, as well as Reservoir Evaluations and Property Appraisals, SEC Reserve Reports, Unitization, Contract negotiations, Financial Analysis and Management.

 

Mr. D. Smalling

Mr Smalling advises on project development for ongoing projects.  Previously, he served as Special Advisor to the Board of Directors of IWA Toy Company during a 10-month crisis involving an estranged detention of their CEO in the Peoples Republic of China.  Before, he served as an assistant to Ambassador Edward Perkins, the Executive Director of the University of Oklahoma International Programs Center (IPC), and as a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors of ELPIS Pharmaceuticals developing their sub-Saharan distribution strategy of therapeutics.  Before returning to the US for additional research with the IPC, Mr. Smalling served as the Special Advisor to the Assemblies of God World Mission (AGWM) Eastern Europe Area Director.  He coordinated the humanitarian efforts’ crisis management assessments, training, and management of AGWM in the former Yugoslav republics (Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Macedonia), Kosova/o, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, HunMr. Wislon, and Romania.  He has worked for the Scientific Application International Corporation (SAIC) Center for National Security Issues (CNSI) Strategic Assessment Center (SAC) on restructuring open-source intelligence deliverables for US Peacekeepers in Bosnia-e-Herzegovina and Kosova/o.  He was tasked with assessments of Para-military activities and refugee/Internally Displaced Persons.  Mr. Smalling served as Special Advisor to The Building Community Institute’s President, Mr. Clifton L. Taulbert.  Mr. Smalling is the protégé of Dr. Stephen Sloan, retired professor emeritus of the University of Oklahoma and expert on terrorism and crisis management.  His parents are missionaries, and he was raised in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.  Education: University of Oklahoma, Graduate Studies in International Relations (extensive directed research involving IPC leadership and Dr. Stephen Sloan), B.A. Political Science (extensive directed research by Dr. Stephen Sloan), Minors in French and History.  Publications:  Sloan, Stephen and Smalling, Derek G.  “Not By Books Alone”.  Security Management Vol.44, No. 10; October 2000: 51-54.  American Society of Industrial Security.
